    If canceled after the booking, the amount of the advance payment (50% of the total price) is non refundable.
    The remaining of the total payment (50% of the total price) should be paid one month before arrival.
    If cancel one week before arrival, 50% of the total price is non refundable
    Not shown at all, the reservation automatically is canceled, and the whole amount is non refundable.<\/p>
